why is this happening?
the only classic reason i can say is demand for experianced profesanals and limited resource. the inexperianced people are taking this demad for the experianced as a chance and using experiance as a ticket to the SAP bus.
once he attains certain genune experiance,that in experianced consultent is making himself genune by putting his present genune experiance.so you can find in jobportals .....
